There’s an animated anthology series coming to Prime Video that will give video game fans original stories set in fifteen of their favorite franchises.

The show is called Secret Level and comes from Tim Miller, who—through his company Blur Studio—is also the showrunner and creator of Love, Death + Robots. Dave Wilson serves as executive producer and supervising director.

Secret Level weaves a tapestry of iconic games across multiple mediums, to tell a series of unique and captivating stories,” Amazon MGM Studios Head of Television, Vernon Sanders, said in a statement, adding that “each episode will take our global Prime Video customers on a brand new journey with breathtaking animation and imaginative storytelling.”

Here are the games featured in the series’ fifteen episodes:

  • Armored Core
  • Concord
  • Crossfire
  • Dungeons & Dragons
  • Exodus
  • Honor of Kings
  • Mega Man
  • New World: Aeternum
  • PAC-MAN
  • PlayStation (Highlighting various PlayStation Studios beloved entities)
  • Spelunky
  • The Outer Worlds
  • Unreal Tournament
  • Warhammer 40,000

Prime Video also released a trailer for the upcoming series, which includes snippets of the upcoming episodes. I confess I know little about, well, any of these franchises. But the visuals displayed here look pretty awesome.

Secret Level premieres on Prime Video on December 10, 2024.
